Board Pipeline - For Non-Profits

About The Program

The Board Pipeline Leadership Development Program is an opportunity for nonprofit organizations like yours to recruit from a diverse pool of emerging and experienced leaders who are Black and/or people of color. The program consists of five learnings sessions for participants culminating in a Meet & Greet Reception where the new cohort of Board Pipeline leaders connect with recruiting nonprofits like yours.

Our nonprofit partners get the opportunity to connect with a growing pool of excited and committed leaders throughout the year through both networking events and email connections.

For more information, contact Jon at For more information about Board Pipeline’s background, please see here. Are you interested in participating in Board Pipeline as an individual? Read more here.

“I feel like we’re in danger of the ABC Board Pipeline becoming the ‘pipeline to [Pro-Bono Counseling Project]’ … Thank you both for such a wonderful event! Y’all are doing great work, and PBCP has truly benefited from this program. I met some phenomenal folks last night. … I’ve been really thinking about the “why” behind events, and you all really hit the mark.”
