Welcome To The Board Pipeline Program’s 21st Cohort!

Please join us in welcoming the Spring 2022 Cohort of the Board Pipeline Leadership Development Training Program!

We are honored to admit these thirty-six accomplished and motivated individuals to Cycle XXI of our Program. The cohort will meet for five virtual training sessions designed to equip them with the skills and techniques needed to be more effective board members.

ABC remains committed to developing a pipeline of professionals from racially under-represented communities to serve on nonprofit boards in our region. As ABC’s Workforce Strategist Tiffani Truss shared with AFRO.com last month, the Board Pipeline Program “is important because it creates opportunity and literal space for folks who are historically kept out of the nonprofit workspace. It gives room for people of color to be intentional in hopes of creating action or change on the board of whatever nonprofit they serve.”

Non-profit organizations who are interested in recruiting graduates of the Board Pipeline Program to their Board of Directors are encouraged to register for our June 7th Meet & Greet. Please contact jlaw@abc-md.org with any questions about the Program or Meet & Greet.
